If you are not happy with your purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to memberships, course purchases and 1-to-1 tuition sessions.
How to ask
For course purchases with payment support provided by Stripe, use the support details on your payment receipt. For tuition or other purchases, contact Genia Academia with your receipt and order date through our application page. We will help arrange the refund. A full refund ends access to the refunded course.
Cancelling a membership
You can cancel at any time under Manage billing on the Members page. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
